Little Butter Buns

Life seems incredibly busy at the moment, holidays, birthdays, Easter and weddings. I have been making things but haven’t had time to boast about them (well I have to those who will listen). I did, however, make these:

A dear friend gave me a lovely cook book from the Nordic Bakery in London and this is the first thing I’ve cooked from it. They taste as good as they look. There is sugar and cardamom in the dough, very fragrant. The hundreds and thousands attracted Finn’s attention but sadly the sophisticated taste was too much for him and my husband “wasn’t in a sugary mood”. Hmm. Looks like it’s down to me then.
