The work here is taken from two collaborative shows by Emma Carlow, Jo Lamb and Isobel Smith. It is a response to an imagined residency in a fictitious, lost village called Slynde, that came to light in 2023 when a reservoir in Sussex dried up as a result of climate change.

Emma's work centred around a fanciful dinner service for the banquets that took place in the small abbey there and a set of puppets for a long forgotten mummer's play.
